Responsibilities:
  • Logistics arrangements for shipments/ deliveries and work with transporters, forwarders, warehouses to resolve any issues which may result in delay or no shipment.
  • Issuing of Purchase Orders to vendors and follow-up of shipment schedules and shipping documents, interface with Sales teams and Business Development teams to ensure goods availability to fulfil customers’ shipments/ deliveries.
  • Thorough Verifications and keying in of transporters, forwarders, warehouses, 3rd party logistic providers invoices into SAP.
  • Maintain good and proper documentations which includes permits, custom forms, delivery orders and etc.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
