- Provide level 1 and 2 support services on user’s workstations and peripherals, network connections, printer, Microsoft Office, and Email accounts
- Escalate unresolved incidents to higher level engineer or hardware vendors
- Keep track of the IT services incident
- Perform administrative work such as inventory management and maintain documentation
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting for network, systems, and wireless
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting for server administration
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
- Prior experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows are essential
- Able to commit immediately or on short notice
