Responsibilities:
  • To give consult, handle request, resolve complaints and respond promptly to customer over the phone or e-mail.
  • Communicate effectively with sales team and technician team to informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objective are met.
  • Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records documents and etc.

Requirement:
  • Has good business acumen and is confident of being and effective liaising person with external clients.
  • Posses good presentation and communication skills (verbal & written English)
  • Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
  • Team-player who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Our company is an international organization, headquartered in Canada and Singapore is the AP regional office, providing data recovery services to corporate customers, government agencies and educational institutions and Home users as well. We are seeking a sales / customer service representative to assist our clients on a daily basis.
 
Candidates will have strong technical aptitude, polished communication skills and proven success within an inside sales environment. Previous technical sales experience, and/or PC sales and service preferred.
